TWIN FALLS, Idaho - Freshman Isaiah Moses was named the Scenic West Athletic Conference Player of the Year for the second time in the month, this time because the point guard was key in helping the College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team to an upset win over top-ranked Salt Lake CC Saturday 84-81.
